Scam Artist back into Ebay!!

As many of you know, I was taken a few weeks ago for this particular card. He had it listed on Ebay about a week after and from many people calling him out, he took it off Ebay and promised that he would make the deal right to avoid any future problems. Well to this date I have yet to recieve anything, and know that i will not, however, he did just listed the card again on Ebay, buyer beware!!!

He also has a Steen Hot Prospects Auto Patch up again that he sold a few days ago. Positive feedback was left by both parties, but he has it up again. I know the person who won the Steen is the same guy as the seller, or at least it looks that way, so I guess he's shilling his auctions as well.

why not write him via "ask seller a question" and ask why the exact same card is being listed even though it was sold before and positive feedback was left by both parties?

Call him out.

This guy has sold that card like 4 times already. The latest winner is goalie-great-time. They exchanged a positive feedback for each other for an item whos item number is "private"

Well I reported the clown shortstopguy was talking about and got a message back from ebay..... is now currently NARU'd. Thanks you ebay I have wrote the guy and asked why the card was back up even though feedback was left and everything..... he told me he traded for another one and that was the one that was on ebay..... to bad it was the EXACT same patch auto. Good on ebay.
