Looking for advice. After 30+ years, it’s finally time to trim down the collection. There is everything from base, RC, auto, jersey, vintage, sets, oddball… you name it. The big name stuff will be easy to move. What do you do with the smaller stuff, especially the base cards? Sell as a giant lot? Piece items out individually? Build team lots?

Thanks

There are a number of bulk buyers on this website, including one to whom I sold a large lot of YG and other lower-end inserts/jersey/autos and plan to do a second trade soon. That might be a good, efficient avenue to get things moved quickly - though you'll definitely take a haircut on pricing (but for me that was worth it to reduce the hassle).

the smaller stuff is a little harder to sell, but i have had great luck puttling low end lots on market place and selling there. Price is right (give the buyers some value) and they will buy. i have had great luck at the $50 range for lots.

Thank you everyone for your input. I will respond to everyone by the weekend. Like I said before, it's an overwhelming amount of stuff.

A few questions -
1) Outside of eBay, what are the best resources for pricing?
2) What is the preferred way to post pics?
3) It's been a while since I've sold anything on here, what are acceptable methods of payment you can collect?

Thanks again everyone. I hope I can help at least a few of you with your collections.
