Sensfans I need help with a patch

I was searching around on ebay and found this card:

I've quit collecting Spezza but this one caught my attention. I'm trying to find a new thing to collect and I'm leaning on good looking patches and/or some specific older patch sets. This card looked really nice. Nice, but odd.

I've searched around checking several sens jerseys and can't find where that piece could be from. Any suggestions?

While I'm at it, I got this in my collection:

Never understood where this is supposed to come from, though I haven't done much research.

Help would be appreciated.

The top patch is the bottom of the main logo upside down

And here's the Trilogy swatch. Again upside down and at the bottom of another main logo

Nice work! Although that certainly throws a red flag. Unless that jersey comes from a throwback night, Spezza never wore a jersey with that original main logo.
