Opened up a few boxes today....

07-08 Topps Echelon
07-08 Topps Stadium Club
07-08 Topps Co Signers
07-08 Press Pass
07-08 Fleer
07-08 Topps Chrome


Oddly enough the best 3 boxes were probably some of not expected ones....

My Stadium Club, Press Pass and Fleer boxes turned out pretty nice. Actually pulled out a Printing Plate of the Human Highlight Film ( Yellow Plate ) in one of the boxes.

My Echelon, Co Signers and Chrome were pretty awful.

I got some decent autos but nothing too spectacular outside of a Shaq dual jersey Auto.

I got too much stuff to list on here right now I have a few errands to run. I will scan the good stuff and post pics and put up lists a bit later.

Also bought a few singles for my collection will scan those as well. More stuff comes in the mail tomorrow :)
 
Here goes the hits.

This is what I got from my 07-08 Fleer Box for my 4 Jersey Cards

I got an extra hit in the box, an Auto of Tony Parker...

So not bad. I also got 3 Durant RC's and an Oden RC in the box as well. So not a bad box even though I'm not a big fan of this product.
 
Here's my Auto from my 07-08 Topps Chrome, terrible player. I did get a Cousy white refractor numbered to 99 and my Orange Refractor was Bob Petit.

Here's my only auto :(

07-08 Topps Echelon Auto Hits


This box was just god awful minus a couple cards. 3 of the 4 Autos are garbage IMO. I did however pull a Yi RC and a Lebron base which I was happy about. here's 3 of the 4 Autos I got.

07-08 Topps Co Signers hits.

I was really pleased with this product I got a 19/19 Brand/Maggette dual card ( Gold ) to add to my personal collection which I was really happy about and some other nice ones as well. My hits here weren't great but I did get a few nice things... Heres my garbage Jared Dudley Auto ( Dudley the player who haunts all Basketball collectors IMO )

I did get 2 really nice hits in this box which I will show at the end :)
 
07-08 Topps Stadium Club GU hits.

This was one of my favorite boxes I got as you get a hit in every pack I believe. I pulled a nice Durant RC from here along with a few other pieces of stuff.

Autos to follow... Also what was nice about the Aaron Brooks card was it was numbered to 25.

This box I thought was really crappy but the Sue Bird auto I pulled books at 35 I believe as its Red Ink. Was the first auto I pulled and I started yelling in disgust, but hey maybe someone would want it :)

Also pulled another Acie Law GU card I believe I have multiple GU and Autos of this guy now...

Now for the bigger hits...

Heres my 07-08 Topps Co Signers 2nd big hit. Although Luke Walton and Marcus Williams aren't the two best players it was a gold auto #'d to 9. ( 4/9 ).

Here's my 2nd biggest hit. I can't find a price on this card anywhere but it says its 80$ in my beckett but this is a dual relic of Shaq ( 2 Gu pieces and an Auto ).

This was from my Topps Echelon box. Even though this is a nice card it hardly makes up for the box at all, I doubt I'll be able to move this card so that box was a big waste :(

Now for my biggest hit of the day.

I opened up my 07-08 Topps Co Signers and pulled out a 1/1 Printing Plate of Dominique Wilkins. It has a small bend on the bottom of the card but its still a 1/1 and its a yellow printing plate.

I'm not sure what this stuff is worth but its got a nice metal piece inside the card and its a 1/1 so I'd imagine I could sell it for a fair price. I was also really happy it was a HoF player like Nique... Here it is ladies and Gents.

It kind of scanned poorly but around where the A and T are where it says Yellow Plate theres a slight bend if you look at the card horizontally I believe. Card is in amazing condition and I pulled it out of the pack like that. I don't think anyone would really care that much as like I said, the card is a 1/1.
 
So thats it for today, I got a butt load of stuff coming in the mail tomorrow to finish off my 07-08 "End of the Year" Basketball break ( stuff is of all 4 major sports ).


I will make another post for that stuff tomorrow when I get it probably sometime in the afternoon so for those bored at work, they should have something to look forward too, I'd check all 4 Show & Tell forums for the 4 major sports.

Will also make a follow up post regarding the 100's of RC's I have in basketball I have that I will try to sell or move as a large package. Abut 75% of the RC's are from the 07-08 Draft including Auto's, GU's. and Inserts. Abut 22% are from 06-07 and the rest are from the 99-00 to 04-05 drafts.

Also I will sell ANYTHING on here or trade. I will only trade for Los Angeles Clippers or Antonio Daniels Auto/Gu stuff :)


I will take offers for other things, but would mainly like to move this stuff for what I listed above. Otherwise I will sell this stuff to anyone that wishes to buy it. Thanks all!

thanks for the stories and for sharing your pulls. You seem to be an excellent addition to HI.

As for the shaq,
if you look in beckett, the reg. autos are listed. Underneath the set heading, it says jersey /199 and /99
1.25X in value.

So it should be valued at 100.

Nice pulls man!!! I might be interested in some of the base you pulled if you can hold on to some of it til I am back downstate for school in the fall lol.

PM me what you are mainly after for Clippers and Antonio Daniels as I have some in person autos of them I might be able to sell/trade you....

Yeah that stuff isn't going anywhere.

As far as Clippers stuff goes I'll take any base card ( in great condition of course ) from any set from any year, whether its base, auto, gu, insert you name it.

As far as Antonio Daniels stuff I'm not sure if he has any GU stuff out there but I am all for Autos :)

I actually took all my packs and boxes of cards I am not using for personal collection and put them in numbered order as well. Oddly enough what I consider base is Nash, Iverson stuff as well so there are decent players in my base stuff.
