A lot of negativity sometimes, wanted to share a positive experience I had with Upper Deck.
Release week of Credentials I bought a box because I actually really enjoyed the design and stuff I saw coming out of it. I opened the box of my own, and probably 75% of the cards had damage of some sort, including both autos (Brannstrom Star of the Night /49 & Grundstrom Rookie Science auto), and all the rookie ticket's except for 1. I contacted UD on Twitter immediately and was quickly put in contact with Customer Service and had a ticket opened to send back my damaged goods. Fast forward a few weeks, and I received a package from UD with some replacements, which contained the following:

3 of the Acetate RC's including a SP Dach, Jones Acetate Auto, Glass auto, and a Matthews SP. I was impressed with how quickly they handled the situation and how friendly the Customer Service rep was throughout the process.
If someone from UD is watching (because we know someone is!) kudos to your CS team on this one. :thumbsup:
