Let me tell you what I have done before...and it actually worked on more than one occasion.

I email the seller and let him know I am interested in the card, however, I will not bid if they allow bidders like this to continue bidding (high bid retractions moreso than anything). I tell him the truth...that the particular shady bidder is ruining his auction and are scaring away other potential "high" bidders (which they are). If he blocks that bidder on his auctions, and cancels his bids, I bid away. If not, I go with my hunches that he is in fact shilling, and I never buy from him again.

It's a "win-win" for me because one way you realize that this seller actually has morals and ethics, or, you realize what a scrag he really is, and you save yourself future hassels.

i just stumbled across that bidder on a item i have been watching. its a item listed by another seller. i think its a younger person who doesnt understand the bidding process.

I dont know whats worse, the shilling on that auction, or the fact UD is still using Florida memorabilia for Luongo in their top shelf product..... and a 1/1 at that.
