Whenever I've sent points I wrap em in tape with the stickyside out, put em in a bubble mailer. THe tape sticks em to the bubblemailer sides and gives it some stability.
THat's how I send em.
Haven't sent that amount tho, sent 400, but that was registered just in a bubblemailer, so if it got lost, it was on their arse.
I dont usually send out huge amounts of cards but, whenever I get stuff in it usually comes in it comes in the those white cardboard box's with the fold in lid...... I dont know if this helps but hope it does.
