shipping from US to Canada 1st class

What is the average shipping time it takes a card to get to Canada from the US if using First Class International mail? I have a buyer that has not received his card yet and I mailed it on February 8th. Just wondering what I should tell him.

Tell him to give it some more time. Sometimes it takes a full month to get there, other times a week, very inconsistent.

Shame Canada is so slow. I have cards reach Finland, Sweden, and Russia in a week most of the time.

Realistically (from personal experience) at least 2 weeks. Canada Post is just really wierd. I can send packages to the US in the same amount of time it takes to send it anywhere else in Canada......... People are happy when they get theirs. Me? I have to play the waiting game.
