Hello

If anyone else has had this happen maybe they can tell me if I'm out of luck. We opened a box of 04-05 UD legends classics hockey and 24 cards are grossly misscut. See scan. Do a bother contacting UD as this was a 150.00 box?

YES! Contact them! Man...that is completely defective...thye should honour that, however I don't deal with UD much, and from what I read, they seem like they can be jerks a bit. Someone else on the boards might be able to offer up better advice, like vegaspucks...

From what I hear UD really ****s w/ customer service, however those cards are basically worthless and ugly so you really have nothing to lose. Take a deep breath and dive into the abyss that is UD.

I would send them back it may take a while but maybe they will send you some packs to make up for another one of their many errors!

Call them first, and get a contact name (800# on the site). Discuss the problem with the box and ask for a replacement if you send back the one you ripped. I've found if you're decent about it and explain what you spend with UD, and then put a cover note on what you mail (insured) to them, mentioning the person you spoke to, I've had great success getting replacements for damaged cards. But you should ABSOLUTELY make the attempt.
