I have not played that one on N64... actually probably none on N64. I did play a large amount of NHL 2000, 2001 and 06 and know that those games do have some sort of "mercy" rule involved in the programming. CPU teams would pull the goalie after letting in 4-6 goals (depending on the game clock) and then put in the backup goalie. Then the backup would let in another 30-35 before turning into a "wall" as you say.Or was it in the Wayne Gretzky game that he would turn into a literal brick wall?
