Up to the release of showcase on several racing boards, alot of discussion has taken place about Nascar cards needing a high end release. Im not sure wht I think it will do for the long term of the hobby, but I can plainly see in the short term, even on our small Nascar board here, there has been alot more action just today then there is in usually months. Is this a result of high end buyers willing to buy anything high end or is this just something that every nascar fan has to get their hands on etc.. Interested in seeing everyones thoughts on this.

And it is great to see lots of action here!

I've never busted any racing products or even paid much attention to them but the pieces coming out of this stuff are amazing. I love the design of a lot of the cards in the set and have been considering picking up a box myself.

Actually, it's my observation that most 'High End' buyers, myself included, are usually super picky about the products they open. If the product is unique and has value, then people will open it. THE CUP in Hockey, Exquisite in Basketball, and now SHOWCASE in Racing, for example. The moment I saw this product, I knew that it was going to be a hit. As for the long term effect on the hobby, it seems to me that anything that draws in 'new' collectors is a success.

Just MO :D

I think this is the best product out there for hockey. I was at my local card show last week and I saw a guy hit a Dale jr. race used sheet metal auto card (4 colors with rub marks on it) out of /10. It was sick and he sold it for 500

Lots of value, crazy value, but that might be because it is the first high end racing product, give it 2-3 years might not get same value out of it, I know from the one tin I busted if I was to list everything I got on the bay I would have a sale for at least 540 + and that is not selling base parallels or anything, so I pay 225 cdn for mine and can get 540 us out of it?? I say due to it being new product
