It's been a slow slow year with cards. Haven't added much. Looking for unique pieces to add to my collection.
First card, saw it sold on eBay a few times, each time for a price lower than before. Finally decided to pull the trigger and add it to my collection:

And last but not least, this beauty.
Saw sedinfan have a custom sketch made for him from Brad Utterstrom. That card was so amazing, I took a look into doing one myself. Instead of just getting a custom sketch...
Well, I wanted something more. I wanted the card to be a part of the set.
It cost a pretty penny (for a "custom"), but I made it happen.
Brad had a few "Artist Proofs" remaining from his allocated Sketch Cards in Leaf Best of Hockey. Told him about my PC player and showed him my collection. He was more than happy to do one of Brandon Yip for me.
Once it was finished, it was forwarded to Leaf and it has been officially authenticated.
It is literally a Sketch-to-Order and now Yip is officially in last year's Leaf.
The sketch is flawless, nicer than so many cards I've seen.
