Small Ebay Problem!

Bought this 3 months ago:

Still havent recived the card, i belive some of you might think that i should just forget about it since it is Cechmanek...i mean almost nada $$$-wise, but i think it's a matter of principals!

Have e-mailed the seller, and he says he would refund if i would like(prolly gonna take it).

But my question may seem a bit silly, but should i leave positive feedback??
Not that happy for not getting a /10 card for best price ever.

I am leaning actually towards Neutral, with the refund

3 months you may be unable to leave feedback.
I'd take the money back ASAP, and the just let it go for the time being, if it shows up (unlikely after that amount of time) then drop the money back.
Ifyou do want to leave feedback, it's tough to say, hard to fault a seller for the postal service being inept. But, if you see it mysteriously pop up again...that's cause for problems.

But, I'd take the money back at this point.
Just because the seller may say 'bye bye tough beans' after you're unable to leave feedback.

Not sure what calendar you're on, but it's only two months by my reckoning Regardless, take the refund and skip on the feedback, unless he already left for you - then I'd go ahead with the neutral, but explain the problem well in your 90 letters.

Whoa!!!!!

Wait a minute fella's.
The seller offers to refund you for the auction - and you want to leave hime a neutral??? Seems to me - he went above and beyond the call of duty. Unless you purchased insurance - most sellers put in their payment letters or auctions that they cannot be responsible for lost items. The fact that he offered to refund you for your payment - would lead me to leave a POSITIVE feedback or NO feedback for him at all.

All you were out was time.

The seller knows he got canned for that auction. He probably found another buyer willing to pay him more... and because its not numbered, he can probably get away with it.

So he decided to sell it to the other guy, and refund your money knowing theres really no tracking it down. He figuires, he'll take the neutral or positive and still sell the card for a much more handsome sum.
