I use flickr. I find it great to work with. Check out my link in my sig.

The only downside is that you can only have 200 photos for free. After that it is a $16 a year cost. I keep mine under 200 so I get it for free.
 
Photobucket isn't horrific if you edit your own photos, but this beta version is getting worse by the day. HP Photo was the best before it turned into Snapfish or whatever.
 
I've always used Flickr for scans JZ, but I can see where the 200 photo limit gets in your way, especially if you wish to use it to house and show off your collections and such. I only have temporary uses for every image I upload, so it never matters if it falls out of view.

The only other knock I have on Flickr is that if you need to obtain all of your scans over the years (if you've got them saved on various hard drives, or didn't have them backed up anywhere else, etc.) there's no easy way to do that. There's no "download all images" link or anything like that.
