So what's this about relaunching Ultimate Spider-Man?

I've been out of the loop for awhile. I happened to stop by Newsarama earlier today when I caught the story about the new artist on USM. They mentioned it was for the relaunch. So what happened that it would need a relaunch? Oh...and what happened to Immonen?

They are calling it a relaunch but basically they are just adding a new artist. I don't think there will be much changes. Usually a relaunch means they are resetting the numbers on the issues but as far as I know they will continue on in the same sequence.
