I usually check ebay daily for new Getzlaf listings and a few months ago, I managed to come across this black diamond rookie card.

I noticed that there was some gold along the bottom of the card so I decided to place my bids. I ended up winning the auction and when it finally arrived, I looked at the back of the card, and this is what I saw! Gold version /10!

Considering the scarcity of this card and considering the price that I paid for my first copy, I think $28 is a pretty solid steal.

Only the Getzlaf 9.5s and the PSA 10s were under $200 for all.

The Crosby and McDavids were acquired at different times.. but cost me an arm and a leg lol
