Hi,

I have on big question for you.
What benefit seller will get for this confirmed address, that seller can be sure that this buyer lives in that address, or is there some other explanation?

I understand this for example when someone sell huge lot, but when seller gets few $ for the card and buyer doesn't have this confirmation...I made contact to paypal and I got answer that I can't get this because of Finnish bank and paypal don't have some system to make this happen. This is only possible in North America and some UK banks.

I have miss some deals because of this, or I haven't bid in eBay, because seller wants only confirmed address, and I don't want to send money in the bubble mailer, because that is illegal and slow.

So how buyer could use this system wrong that buyer afraid this kind of deals.

I have to also say that I have got many good deals, even description says that seller will send only to North America and UK, but seller accepts paypal, with confimation or non, so that is I guess different situation. But I guess this isn't only for other country, US seller want that US buyer have that confirmed address, am I right.

Please could someone tell me more

Thank you and have a great day

All of my auctions state that PayPal is not accepted from unconfirmed addresses. That keeps the scammers away. However, if someone sends me a question on the item and they have great feedback, I always allow them to use PayPal. Contact the seller and see if they would take your payment; it never hurts to ask!

The problem is, you can' t confirm your adress in Europe. Expect in the UK, I guess.
That sucks. But I rarely had a problem with that. Most seller accept uncofirmed adress paying, if you ask them.
