Well, this particular Guidry I paid for on June 2nd and never received (post up is a typo). Well, I paid for it and the Billy Martin patch at the same time. Well, I received the Martin and not the Guidry. I sent like 7 e-mails to the seller between the time I received only the Martin through the 14th of June with no response. I looked at his feedback and notice a few more people left him negatives for the same reason (not receiving and seller refusing to respond). Since there is a 20 days limit on filing a claim, I filed one on June 15th. On June 15th, an e-mail was sent to me and the seller. The seller had between 3 to 10 days to respond or I got an automatic refund on the Guidry. Well, June 25th came around, and the seller never responded, so it went into case in review. Well, June 26th, the seller sent email to paypal. Now, it's July 5th and I'm still waiting on my refund.
And looks like another deal went bad. Since I didn't receiving that one, around June 18th, I bought a similar patch piece from a seller and offered him $20. He said this: "thanks, but I was looking to get $30 for the card, its a sweet patch". So, I paypalled him $30 + shipping. In the mail, instead of sending me the card I bought, he sent me the one he sold on Ebay which was a basic patch and sold for $11. I contacted him and told him he sent me the wrong card. He said he didn't see much difference in them as they both were 2 color patches. We got into an argurment and he finally said send the card back and he's try to send me the right card. Now if he mailed out the other card to the other person, I doubt he mail it back. So, now I have to wait on a refund from this power seller. I mailed the card back last week, so he should have it back now.
I bought this:

But received this:

HE said he don't mail out the cards. He has 2 employees that does it. That's stupid since he lists the auctions, so the employees don't know which is which is they are similar cards.
