Verified Trader,
Just thought I'd share this,
So awhile back I had opened a few pack of 2013-14 Upper Deck series one, and found at least 20 or so cards that had been cut incorrectly (all common base cards). I decided to E-mail Upper deck and see what they could/ would do.
After a few E-mails back and forth I sent some pictures and a description of my complaint about the cards, and they requested that I send them the "damaged" incorrect cut cards.
After a few weeks of waiting a package arrived in the mail from Upper Deck. Inside was 4 packs of 2013-14 UD series 1 cards! Very pleased. I opened the packs and got a few hits, A YG, Shining Star, and an MVP. Unfortunately I didn't need these, but they'll be good for some traders.
So, as the title says, sometimes it pays to send in a complaint once in awhile
Cheers
