Source of 2015 & 2016 UD Game Gloves

Does anyone out there know the source of these Game Glove cards? I have heard that some were pulled from the hobby packs/boxes while others were received when you ordered the 2015 or 2015 Upper Deck CFL All-star sets #'d/165 from the CFLPA.

Secondly, does anyone have a checklist for either of these two sets? Also I have read that their print run was #'d/15 and/or #'d/21. The Sinopoli Game Glove card I own is not numbered.

You got them if you ordered boxes from the PA site. I wasn't sure if they capped the amount you could get after so many purchased.
