It looks like it's been tampered with, but might just as well be the patch needing some air. Looks very thick so. Hard to tell.

Always thought something was fishy with him and all his money and the way he spent it, etc... But he paid and thats all I really cared about at the time... I was told by someone that he laundered money through cards somehow?? Don't know if its a rumour they heard or if there was any truth to it??

Yeah, I gonna say no on that one. If he is involved in illicit activites involving money, then he ain't spending that much in the scheme of things. A lot of money spent for cards? Yes. Enough to be that type of criminal, nope, he's a LONG way off.
