Yeah I posted this just so Chris can see it, but guess what buddy!

4 Losses in a Row!

And only 2 spots away from not even making it into the playoffs, and yes before you say it I know they are tied with the Mavericks at 6/7, but guess what the Mavs have won 5 in a row and are looking better!

Yup...blew a huge lead yesterday. But everyone here knew the March schedule was brutal for them. 18 games this month I think. Three more than Dallas will. That would tire any team. And most against the big teams like Detroit, Phoenix, and Boston. They have time to turn it around. And it's not like they're on the brink of missing the playoffs. They're still 3.5 games ahead of the 9th spot.

And Dallas may be hot, but so were the Spurs who won 10 straight. Dallas is about to hit that tough streak now with games against Boston, San Antonio, and the Lakers. They could easily lose all three. Then they also have Denver that's looked good lately, and Dallas' good friends from last year, the Warriors.

Meanwhile the Spurs get to relax against Chicago, Sacramento, Minnesota and the Clippers in their next few games.

We'll see where they stand in a few weeks ;)

Both have the same records today. Will they by the end of March?

Could be a great first round matchup.

Great time to slump, get the bugs out now. Horry had a chance to win at the buzzer last night but he missed.

The Spurs will be a tough out no matter where they are seeded. Really, any of the 8 teams in the West could go to the finals. The last couple weeks for the Spurs is just one of those bumps in the road that every team goes through. The Celtics did a month or so back, and I'm sure you could find an instance when Dallas was going through it.

The 9th seed in the West is 14 games over .500. And they could miss the playoffs. That would give them the 4th seed in the East.

In fact the 11th best team in the West makes the playoffs if they're in the east.

With that being the case, the NBA should start looking into crossovers or something in the playoff system. The only way records like that are happening is if the Western teams are dominating most Eastern teams when they play.

I'd agree if the teams played the same schedule. But teams in the East are losing against their own conference. If the Clippers got to play Miami 6 times this year, they could have a lot better record. They have their record after playing a majority of stronger Western teams.

I say the inside of his legs must be raw from all the piggyback rides he has been on. He hasn't been a key part of any of the teams. Hit a couple shots to win a few games but that is only because he was the 3rd or 4th option so he was wide open (because of the double teams on other players).

He's got 7 rings that say he does....

Gotta disagree. Horry's played a strong role in every ring he's won, despite the game winning shots. He's strong on the boards and has had some key blocks in close games during the Spurs runs. He contributed in all aspects of the game with Houston as well. And look at the shots he's made. It's mind boggling. Key shots with LA in their series with Sacramento. He basically won a few of the Spurs games against Detroit in that Finals. The guy's timeless.

Even if he's the third or fourth option when the game's on the line, he's on the floor at that time. He's not on the bench biting a towel hoping someone else makes a shot.

And he can do other things as well...as throw a mean hip check like he did on Nash last year. Phoenix wasn't the same after that play and the resulting suspensions.

Haha hard to be the same with 2 of your 5 starters suspended for a voilent act against your star and MVP. Nash had a monster gash on his nose, 2 black eyes, kicked in the nuts by Bowen, monster hip check from Horry + many other physical acts. Screw Detroit, the Spurs are the true bad-boyz. Look out now with Shaq-fu on the team...that is if they can win enough to even make the playoffs haha.

Or the referee fixing the game... Just had to throw that out there ;)

Forgot the game was in Dallas....Spurs have been bad there this year.

Can't hit a shot at all today. Probably gonna lose this one, but at least they're still a game up.
