Sticker Auto Hatred.....Not

Thought I'd share a few auctions that just completed. These are all close to or over BV. I didn't think these would sell that great as they are one of the ugliest sticker sets ever. :crazy:

i think they sold well, because it's from an older set....probably on a lot of wantlists...

Considering I listed the Howe a few weeks ago and couldn't even get opening bid of half BV, I'd say you did extremely well....

When you put together a bunch of singles from a sought after set at once, you get more action particularly if you have more than one person needing them when they go up. It happened when I had my 05-06 UD1 Jersey SPs - I ended up getting some seriously huge prices on them - most of them at least 50-75% over BV or in the case of the Bourque $200+

lol, I traded for the Bourque GJ for a card I paid what, $3 for? Looks like I win again Fritz! :crazy:

Wow....thats nuts. I must have owned 10 of those Gordies, bought and sold over the last 3 years, and none ever cracked $40 bucks barely. Good job...

Those silver sticker autos were always N***TY. I had a Bobby Orr auto, and I couldn't sell it faster. I got $180 for it, and I was a better man for it.

Hats off to those building the set. It takes mass quantities of testicular fortitude to stare at those all day long.
