I don't have any issues with my pages (yet). D-Ring binders, usually 3", filled with as many pages as can snugly fit (600-700 cards maybe). A little tip I learned from a guy on youtube is to fill the gap with old becketts if you can't or don't want to fill up that binder. Helps keeps it flat and straight.
Also when you grab the binder to put away (assuming standing up) grab the binder the the spine and slide it into place. That way the cover doesn't slide back, which in turn moves the top pages.
As for the cover pages. I was thinking about using these for mine. I know its a 2 pocket/page.

I know it has 2 pockets but for me I was thinking about using it for checklists or set information.
