As some of you may have seen in my previous posts I have come back to Hobby Insider this past week to sell off some of my PC that I am no longer keeping.
Currently I have a gentleman across the pond looking at purchasing some of my cards. Only problem is they are all in one touches which will make shipping costs way too high, so he suggested that we figure out shipping using top loaders instead.
So today I made the trip to Breakaway Sports Cards to get some soft sleeves and top loaders as I no longer have any extras around. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions when you enter their store you can only walk up to the plexiglass just inside the door. After all of these years being away from the hobby Matt still remembered me by name and said hello from the back of the store, Chuck stayed hidden in the back room at the computer. They now have their sister (I wish I could remember her name) working at the counter. While she was getting my supplies I couldn't help but fall back into my old ways and had to grab a box of hockey. For no reason other than I always liked the regular series of Upper Deck hockey I decided to get a box of series 2 Upper Deck. Glad I didn't have to pick the box, my luck always sucked.
