Thats a very nice "Splendid Splinter" pickup Winston. Some crazy career stats for "Toothpick Ted"..... 19 time allstar, his on base percentage record stood for 61 years. The last player to hit over .400 in a single season. On top of that he was a Marine Corps pilot in WWII and Korea.

Tom,you have some great autos there.I have a good friend who knew Ted Williams quite well.Matter of fact he wrote a couple books about him and several more about the Res Sox.I only got to realize how great Williams was when I got to meet and spend some time with my friend.My friend's office is like a shrine to Williams.
Everything is still a go as far as your visit in July.We should have time to visit the two local card shops and than take in a couple of the local tourist attractions.If anything changes I will LYK.Thanks and take care,Winston.
