I dont think I have ever spent more than $600 on boxes at one time, but this looks unreal. If I ever bought a case, I'd think this might be it.

As I have never spent anywhere close to this amount I am apprehensive but everything I have seen looks unreal, and if I end up a few hundred bucks short, its not that big of a deal as there should be a few outstanding cards in the case.

Should I go for it, or should I refuse to drop a #yolo and wait it out?

In the end, it is your choice, your money. Do what you want. We shouldn't tell you what to do with your money. But at $600 is it only a 3 box mini case??

no, the most I have ever spent is $600, the 8 box case is $1600. Im more asking if people think it will be solid return (not necessarily making all my money back) and not getting burned like Luxury Suite last year

there are some great cards in the previews but my gut is telling me it's stacking up against Ultimate and will more than likely be high risk-high reward. not everyone will be pulling those spectacular cards that we're all seeing in the previews.

Yea like all products, I would wait and see what comes out of it. We've said similiar to things to other Panini/Upper Deck products which turned out to be major busts.

As with most products these days - if you are looking for return and looking to make money, there are better spots for investment dollars. If you are looking to enjoy yourself and have a good time ripping what appears to be a pretty cool offering, have at it.

I am in a similar camp as you as I have not bought much wax in the last couple of years but this may be the one I splurge on.

I would get a box or two, if your like what you get, dive into a case, if not, then you don't spend add much finding out it's not what you wanted

Save the $1600 and buy singles. You'd be amazed at what you will get out of the same amount of money from the same product buying singles.
