Several months ago I posted a frustrating SP Authentic box break in this forum. I opened a box of SPA while enjoying a game of Texas Holdem with a few other local collectors and much to my dismay, the box was without RCs, autos or FX cards. I decided to write to UD and explain my situation.

Tonight a package arrived that included all of the missing "hits" from the box. Ironically, tonight is poker night and the same folks are coming out; a fitting way to correct the issue!

Without further adieu, here is a shout out to the Customer Service Team of Upper Deck. My hits were nothing spectacular but those are the chances we take when we purchase a box. The real issue is that UD CS took the time to deal with my issue and made good on its promise.

I had a recent shipping issue on a UD redemption. Called UD CS once and spoke with a Chris, 2 day's later I get a visit from FedEx. Always glad to hear positive CS experiences
