Jerry - I'd send it to Iginla c/o Calgary Flames sooner than I send it back to Upper Deck!
 
This is a whole new concept by Upper Deck... they leave the spot for the autograph and allow the collector to obtain the autograph themselves, in any colour marker they choose... :p

LOL... Jarome probably wasnt happy so he signed with a disappearing ink market. That is very very horrible, especially when you factor in "all cup cards were packed and sent out" how do you replaced a '/15 2clr auto jersey Jarome from a $350-450 pack??

Sorry to see this jay, saying they are hand packed and the damaged cards were "missed" and the limited logo's smeared ink... now this. :/

That's good to hear, I thought I was the only one getting ignored.. Guess they are too busy counting the cash and can't answer redemption issues..

The higher-ups probably muffled Carlin. Occasionally, he was like the union guy that worked faster than everyone. The other union workers didn't like looking bad, so they pulled him aside to set him straight. :D

Vinny - It's not my card. Just wanted to point it out.

That is a distinct possiblity, never thought about that.

Yeah, you are not the only one Lionel....it is like they have an automatic delete function for incoming emails with the keyword hockey :rolleyes: :p

Yeah they must be too busy taking care of the issues of "HIGH ROLLER" collectors, the rest of us just get ignored.. Wish they could let me know the status of all my Signature Sticks /5..

Lionel as someone who busted 40+ cases this year I would like to say its not just the guys picking up singles who arent good enough for a reply. Add me to the ignore list, i am not exactly sure why but it does actually make me feel better that its not just me. I know i didnt say something to warrant it so I am cool with it if we are all on the same side of the fence.

To sum up how annoying this has become, 5+ emails over the past 3 weeks to Carlin about a previous issue we spoke about, I got back 1 reply. It was his auto reply when he was out of the office and at the national. I sent my final email to him today. I won't waste my time typing an email anymore I am just going to work harder on preventing from having to do so. In other words I am done with wax for good. I was on the fence about it but I just fell off the fence I believe. So sad it had to even come to this, even worse when you are forced into it.

I cut back my wax drastically this last year.. UD's shoddy CS is the main reason. I got tired of the lack of response/their lack of caring. I guess when you're the only game in town, you can just count the cash and not worry about redemptions or damaged card issues out of $100 packs. I really wish ITG was still in the game, but I do what I can and just bust a lot less wax and just buy singles.. I guess it's all of us collectors I thought it was just me as I am on the UD "blacklist" lol

Vinny and Lionel, you guys just need to start busting some Racing wax :) The stuff is fun, fairly inexpensive compared to hockey, and the cards are super nice....although the breaks are more like the 90's then they are of today...you won't find packs with a GU or Auto in every pack, but it is a lot of fun :D

WHo makes racing cards? MAXX? LOL I can just see The Cup racing edition! Game Used Racing Threads signed on the track suit! Imagine some of the swatches, I'd bet Jeff Gordon's swatches would be colorful! LOL
