The Cup Release Date?

I just talked to a friend who works at a local shop here in Denver and he said that The Cup is NOT releasing on the 26th or whatever the intital date was. Supposedly it is due in now by August 14th?

Mike, anyone else, can you confirm this?

I heard UD was going to release it in two waves. Then I heard Richard McWilliam threatened to eat the 2nd wave, so they made it all into one release again. Except now the release is just four 1/1 press plates per pack, putting their value roughly on par with a single from 90/91 ProSet.

I think UD is going to drop tins of The Cup out of airplanes and let the collecting publice beat each silly for them....just my thought on it
