I bought this from Ebay a while back. Looks like the seller didn't like the original casing and removed it to put it in another case.

Actually, this card maybe from Hall of Fame Vintage BuyBacks AutoProofs RF19 Rollie Fingers 82 IA/200

But the card shows /100 not /200 like in the OPG
 
Nah, the seller didn't know what it was.

It's from 2002 Topps Hall of Fame Vintage Buybuck Autoproofs set. OPG says /200, but it is actually /100.

About to sell it and my Jenkin autos.
