don't you need a credit card # that has never been used with ebay & a working address to register? how many bloody credit cards/po boxes does this dude have?
 
its him. he used the account to shill his "swimmingbluebird" auctions....you know, the account where he sold the Bergeron Premier auto/patch, then listed the exact same card with the same scan a day later!
 
I think you only need a credit card if you are going to set up a seller account. Pretty sure you don't need one for just a regular account. I could be wrong though. My family's account was set up a few years back...

yeah I set mine up in 2000 i think, maybe 1999, didn't need a cc then, but I helped a buddy sign up and he needed a credit card just to register :confused:

You don't need a Credit card to get on ebay, My brother got his account around august I think and he didnt need one. You only need one if your going to sell stuff, unless it just recently changed......

eBay only requires a credit card to open a new account if you use a free email service (i.e. hotmail or yahoo). This is to ensure that the information you provide is accurate. If you don't use an anonymous email account (i.e. aol), you can create as many ebay ids as you have email accounts.
 
Yup that is his new id.. He bid on my Dionne Classics Sp autograph and got my paypal in about a week.. He did honor his bid, hope this continues in the future.
