Thinking about buying 09 H&P... Need help...

I've seen a couple breaks of late and am liking what Im seeing...

Aside from base, what and how many of the inserts/GU/Autos come out of the boxes on average... Just curious what to expect. Any help is greatly appreciated!
 
From what I've seen most are getting two memorabilia and two autographs per box (three if it's the SuperBox)

I have a box of this and a box of Champs coming hopefully tomorrow, and based on recent breaks I've seen of both I'm fully expecting the H&P to be better. Can't go wrong with the price either, seems to be a good value.
 
yeah- I was just looking through old breaks.. Seems like a solid product... I got a box for 70 dlvd. It'll be my first ITG break ever, which excites me, I've always been a UD person, but I've slowly been changing my tune of late and been liking more ITG stuff lately for the reason that the memorbilia cards are actually game used.... I was looking at the Champs checklist... in the 70 card Jersey set... 18 of them are event used. Kinda lame.
 
Inserts tend to drop about 3 a box.
Autos are 3 every 2 boxes. (1:16)
Game Used are 6 every 5 boxes. (1:20)

I might have the auto and GU odds transposed.
 
Autos are 1:16, and GU are 1:20. You get 24 packs in a box, so you average 3 hits per box. Some boxes have only 2, and others have 4. One of my Superboxes had 5 hits, not including the Victory auto. You will also get about 2 inserts per box.

A lot of ITG products are configured this way, and it keeps the excitement going right to the end, as you never know exactly what your "box hit" may be.

I have never been disappointed by ripping any ITG product, and they are the only company I will buy wax from.
 
Ive opened one hobby box, a Superbox and about 30 loose packs and pulled:
Hobby Box: 2 GU Memorabilia, including 1 patch x/9 and 1 auto.
Superbox: 2 autos and 1 GU Memorabilia (out of x/10)
Loose Packs: 2 Memorabilia (one patch x/9) and one auto.

I've also pulled my share of non mem. inserts, including 3, yes 3 Chet Pickard Draft Picks cards!

The product is definitely worth it over any UD product in my opinion! Hands down, no questions asked.
 
ITG is always a good rip. It's nice to have such a variety of possible pulls from a box and the fact they've added the MTO cards to this years H&P definately doesn't hurt.
 
Best product of the year so far in my opinion. Can't beat that price for a box either. As the others have stated, you will pull on average 3 inserts (one 2008 Draft Picks, one 2008 Calder Cup, and one 2008 Memorial Cup), 1 game used piece, and 2 autos (on average). I've also gotten one complete 100 card base set out of every box I've opened. The last couple of boxes I cracked ended up having only one auto but two game-used pieces. Regardless, these are a ton of fun to break. Good luck!

I have bought a TON of H&P this year and the boxes were not always consistent, but in a good way.

I haven't been shorted, but a few boxes contained an extra auto or mem card. The biggest card I pulled was the 1/1 Selanne auto jersey which paid for 5 of my boxes. This product has been GREAT for me and the Super Boxes were even better.
 
The only thing I can think of that I didn't like was how badly some of the GU cards became warped. However, value-wise I opened 4 Superboxes and turned a small profit.
