This is by far the worst call any ref has made in college basketball this year

There was a worse one....last night. The Lady Vols vs. Rutgers. The clock mysteriously stopped with .2 seconds left with Rutgers up by 1. Another second and a half ran by, and then the ref called a foul. Game should've been over before the foul call. They even reviewed it. They ended up givin' the Vols two foul shots and she nailed 'em both and they beat Rutgers by 1.
