Either way, it would still be a better percentage than the college draftees.

Some have a huge impact on their team and are great players. The college game is a lot different than the pro's so I don't know how going to college would help players, not only because I don't think it would, but theres no evidence that it does. The way I see it is, no matter if you come out of college or high school, certain players will be good because they are talented enough to be in the league, and certain players will not be good enough regardless from where they come.

The ROY comment is weak considering there were only 8 high schoolers drafted compared to 30+ collegiate players. If there were an age limit, we would not have some of our greatest players and fan favorites nonetheless.
Whether or not it hurts the league, the point is it's not beneficial, either. And to deny such an opportunity for these potential superstars is just rediculous. Imagine Amare Stoudemire going to college, working at McDonald's right now. The Suns would not be where they are now (granted Steve Nash is Mr. MVP but Amare does a lot of the work), and Amare would not be making top dollar for his superb talents.JJonesFan said:You still would have these players, they would just be better when they came into the league. Also, yes Ebi would have gotten more minutes by being a higher draft pick, which means he wouldn't be playing behind someone like Kevin Garnett. I'm still failing to see how an age limit HURTS the league.
