Thoughts - Will ePack Launch On Same Day As Physical Launch

Just as the title says, what are your thoughts? I say it happens with 16/17 Series 1 with the Matthews hype.

I doubt it. If UD does that, wax sales will plummet and it will kill the hobby shops and distributors

Now, imagine having a physical release of UD1 and 2 for hobby shops and distributors and then an online exclusive product where people can buy pretend cards and online gamble with UD reaping the rewards?

EVERYONE would win. ESPECIALLY Upper Deck.

Doubt it will happen anytime soon, but how many collectors botched the idea of buying boxes of 15-16 Series 2 when they knew eventually they could build the entire YG set off COMC for dirt cheap?

I really like trading on epacks but they have to create a completely different product with the potential to get live cards shipped afterwards.

ud1, ud2 and mvp have lost so much value (outside the known limited stuff - numbered cards, patch's, acetate, etc)

The rc values have gone down so hard.

The e-pack is a horrible idea. This is all the doing of Mcwilliam's wife which scares me because it might be something that does stick around.
