I got in a bunch of stuff the last couple of days. Thanks to Bryanstarock for the great trade, and also thanks to Sacrebleu and xxcarlos20x for the help with my set. Really cool. The rest of the cards are from the bay and private collectors. Comments welcomed and appreciated. Here's the loot:

Last I won an auction for $20 for a lot of 16 Dan Blackburn RC's. I didn't know what to expect, and I was really surprised to find about $150 in BV in the lot. There was one really funny card. Here are some of the cards.

I love that BAP Ult Messier and the Leetch logo card. Very sweet.

Steve, You are gonna laugh, but there was no scan in the auction, and I got the card for $30. ;) My lucky day I guess. LOL. Mike

Wow, nice work Mike :) Did you happen to win the Leetch Franhise from North of 7 on Ebay? I remember seeing he had one in the same pic the Forsberg I won was in.

That's the one. It cost me way more than I wanted to pay, but it's the first one I have ever seen. It books for $50. I'm not sure why? :confused: Nice memory BTW. I can't remember what I had for dinner, and you remember that. Hmmm. :rolleyes: Mike
 
LOL I am kind of crazy that way. Actually, I was looking those over really good because, for some reason, I thought they were game used cards, and for the life of me, I couldn't see any game used :eek: :)

I'm not sure what the deal with those cards is. They must be rare inserts or something. You know NO7's auctions, there isn't a whole lot of info to go on in the item description. I ain't complaining, because it ususlly means pretty good prices on his auctions. ;) Mike
 
I believe they have a print run of 100 if I"m not mistaken. Is there a serial number anywhere?

Yeah, you kind of have to know what you are looking at with their auctions, but I like buying from them when I can because I know I am going to get a quality card and it will show up on time.

Actually a print run of 30. Mine is #14/30. Kinda cool, but IMO not a $50 bv card. The scan doesn't do the card justice though. It is pretty sweet. Mike
 
Oh, cool, lower than I thought, wonder why I was thinking 100. The one they had is the first Forsberg I have ever seen on the bay.

Did you win the Foppa? How much did it go for? I paid like $27 for the Leetch. It was double what I was hoping to spend, but sometimes you just have to go for it. LOL. Mike
 
Got my Forsberg for $41, books at $100. Not too bad, would have liked to have gone lower, but what can ya do :)
