Did you ever wish that Tim Sylvia and Andrei Arlovski could do nothing but fight each other over and over again? 2 things here:

1) Certain derogatory terms directed at you that I can't type as a mod.

2) You might be getting your wish.

Sylvia/Arlovski IV was today at OneFC in Manila, and ended in a no content. Arlovski had knocked Sylvia down and soccer kick KO'd him. The only problem is...OneFC has established a system whereby soccer kicks are only allowed when the referee declares open attack is allowed. Referee Yuji Shimada hadn't declared open attack when Arlovski kicked Sylvia, so he was given a foul. Sylvia was then unable to continue. Under the rules of unified MMA, Arlovski would be DQ'd that far into a fight, but because OneFC has their own ruleset, it became a no contest.

That system is absolutely asinine. The first round was actually pretty good too which is the crazy part, to me at least.
