Tonight I sit down with Chris Carlin, Head of Customer Experience at Upper Deck as well as a mystery guest that even I don't know who it is, Carlin wouldn't tell me, LOL. But he did say I would like it, so this should be fun! There is something specific we will cover with the mystery guest and Chris will tell us all about the many goodwill initiatives that Upper Deck embarks upon including the #UDRAK (Upper Deck Random Acts of Kindness) and the Wall of Praise among a bunch more things I'm sure.
