it means that you have a good dsr which you will get seller fee discounts, depending on your rating.right now i get 30% due to i have 5.0 in 3/4 catagories and a 4.9 in the 4th.

Doesn't read anything about earned discount yet, but that was for last months invoice. I assume I will receive 20% for this month if I understand correctly.
That actually isn't bad at all. I'll definitely list more fixed auctions at 50 cents a pop if this is the case.
