I agree wholeheartedly with #1 as well as their take on the veritable weakness of Spidey's baddies (though I do thoroughly enjoy some of his villains).

Somehow they overlooked Yorrick Brown of Y: The Last Man. His rogue's gallery was nearly every female on Earth. That's pretty scary if you ask me. :)

I agree with Batman as #1 however how do you not put Spidey on that list? I was glad to see Flash make the list as he has some of the coolest and creative villians. I was also surprised that Superman didn't make the list. Supes has some really cool villians with the likes of Luther, Bizzaro, Doomsday etc... Another obvious snub was the FF. Can anyone argue with the FF Rogues gallery of Silver Surfer (now hero), Galactus, DR DOOM, Puppet master, Frightfull four etc etc....

Probably the best exploration of Bats and his gallery was the Arkham Asylum: A serious house on serious earth trade. Well done treatment.

Superman's villains - Luthor, Brainiac, etc. - really aren't that interesting. Neither the FF - big cosmic beings are awe inspiring, but being arrayed against Galactus is kind of like having a throwdown with the color blue. It's just too abstract at times.

It was GREAT to see Darkwing Duck on there...man, I used to love that show as a teen and the baddies they created for that show (while a loose take on other rogues) were awesome at worst.

Batman has the best crime figures by far...how do you Yin the Yang of a psychotic superhero? With doubly psychotic villains!
