I went to this mall and coincidentally there just so happened to be a card show going on there. I decided to try my luck with my first box of Topps Finest from this year.

Here is my break:

Mike Miller Refractor /249
Antonio Daniels Refractor /249
Elgin Baylor Black X-Fractor 5/9
Jeff Foster Green X-Fractor 10/19 Jersey Number
Carlos Arroyo Red Refractor /149
Lebron James Red X-Fractor /99

Beno Udrih Rookie Autograph /299
Joe Smith (Box Topper) Blue X-Fractor 25/25
Cuttino Mobley Black Refractor Jersey /19
Jason Kidd Green Refractor 1/29
Chris Paul Rookie Redemption /599 (Cool for me since I'm a Hornets fan)
Rashad McCants Rookie Redemption X-Fractor /259 (Cool for me since I'm a UNC fan)
David Lee Rookie Redemption Refractor /359

It was definetely fun to break, but I wasn't overly excited about the break. I think I liked it more when the refractors from finest were more scarce as well as the jerseys/autographs. Now, you pull a card numbered to 10 and it sells for not even $10.

Thanks for looking.

That was going to be my comment...you didn't get that one biggee that everybody hopes for. Still the break wasn't horrible!

Yeah, you can't argue with the quality of the cards but getting your money back for one of these boxes is challenging unless you pull one of the 1/1's or Okafor/Bogut/Gordon/Williams type stuff.

I think those serial numbered cards are counterfeit, bud.

All the serial numbered Finest I have, the serial numbers are on the back, not taped to the front. If I were you, I would demand my money back. Let them know that these were bad forgeries and you will report it to the proper authorities if need be.

You have to let these scam artists know who's boss!

It's impossible to open more than five packs without pulling a Miller or Martin refractor. Try it. You'll see. Every five packs, there is a refractor of someone named either Miller or Martin. It's funny and disappointing.

BTW, I love that Joe Smith. If you ever decide to move it, lemme know!

Heck, even 1/1's are no guarantees, especially when it's like mine, a press plate of David West (I've pulled several rare things of his... *start adolescent rant* IH8HIMIH8HIMIH8HIM!!! *end adolescent rant*) :p  ;)

Im interested int he Elgin blaxk x fractor check my site asnd lmk what you want for it

I scanned the back of the cards and manually put the serial numbers on there through paint.

Battie4 I don't know what to ask for. What can you offer?

Nice stuff. That must of been fun pulling low numbered cards that are hard to get though.

Yeah it definetely was. I suspected the Lebron might sell pretty well, but I was wrong. The overproduction in Finest kills the value of the refractors.
