Topps Redemption Exchange..And people complain about UD!!

I was going in for surgery last month and I wasn't sure things would go well and I decided to redeem all of my redemptions. About 20 total with 3 of those being from Topps, 2 online and a mail in. After three weeks of them being labeled "shipped", I finally receive them on Tuesday. The two online redemptions came in as advertised...The mail in however had a note which said they didn't have the 2007 Topps Co-Signers Craig Davis/LaRon Landry card and sent me a replacement..OK ??..What they sent was a 2006 Topps Chrome Rookie Auto of Leon Washington...Just wrapped inside the paper with no soft sleeve and no top loader...White envolope the only thing missing!! HUH ? $10 per pack for Co-Signers with 2 autos replaced with a $5 per pack of Topps Chrome...not even a little sumthin sumthin to make up the difference...? Not sure if there's any wiggle room to complain to Topps...without hearing the BV's are the same so I shouldn't gripe......or should I ??

Thanks Bill...Washington does remind me a little of BWestbrook...Flashes of greatness but not very durable...thanks for the response..I know its not the worst Topps could have done
