The Vegas Golden Knights have acquired forward Mattias Janmark and a fifth-round pick from the Chicago Blackhawks in exchange for a second-round pick and a third-round selection, according to TSN's Darren Dreger.
Janmark signed a one-year, $2.25-million pact with the Blackhawks during the offseason. He has 10 goals and nine assists in 41 games with Chicago this season.
The 28-year-old center played a key role for the Dallas Stars during their run to the Stanley Cup Final last season. He's a versatile player who can play on the power play and penalty kill.
