I think B is getting the better lot of cards, some decent RC's in there & theres nothing besides the grapes auto that really interests me in A, but thats just one dudes personal opinion. If both sides are happy with the deal - go for it

Seems like A is giving up a lot for the Sullivan patch.

then A is getting a couple mid end while B gets a bunch of lower end

That is completely subjective, but since you are asking our opinions, I would say it's a fair trade.

Better deal for either side? That again, is subjective.
Perhaps the easiest way to answer your own question, is to put cash values on each card, then you can see whether things really equal out.

Sometimes individuals will make a trade, just to trade.
Or to change up the trade bait.
