Trading autos and GU for insert cards. What is your take?

Guys I would really like some feedback on this. I have decided to build my insert collection of certain players that I have had for years. Now I want to find a respectable way to trade autos and GU for inserts and numbered inserts and base cards. I'm not going to offer what I have done, even though I believe it is fair, I would like your feedback.
