Hello. I got a 05-06 Sweet Shot Sweet Swatches Luke Ridnour jersey, with a dent at the corners. I emailed them, and they aren't in until tommorow. How are they on replacing damaged cards and for what. Post past expiriences, please.

Well i sent in a 03-04 Marbury Warm-up which was mis cut and they fixed it and sent it back. I also sent them a miscut marbury auto but it wasnt fixed but they sent me a couple packs of cards and i ended up getting a Ben Gordon Jersey card. So id say send it in and they might give u some packs too

Yeah, I emailed them first, because the packs were 9 a peice and I wanted to let them know something was coming.

If you are real concerned, I would talk to someone live it was a real high dollar card and get the reps name. In my couple of experiences they have you mail it to attention the rep and they take care of it. If they dont you have a contact person to bother

send a copy of the email with it if you do. It is proof the rep told you to do it and you will most likely get something
