Right now for the first wave, it's $110CDN tax included but expect it to go up next week.
Considering Universal controlled the entire hobby print run - an increase is all but inevitable

The tins are out but the odds are quite a bit different.
THe hobby bxes were 2 autos per box and 1 jersey in 3 boxes.
The tins are around 7 and 14 tins.

First-day/pre-order price at my shop was $115 taxes in, but it has gone up. I don't know what it is per box now, just that packs are higher. I'm hoping they'll be good & cheap at the card show on Saturday.

I'm not looking to break some in the hunt of a big hit, I'm mostly looking for a set starter, as I want to do the 1-300 set.

A lot of talk this morning at the card show regarding the availability of this set. Many places sold out very quickly, and I'm told that one of the two hobby stores here in the Halifax area was unable to get any of the hobby release--only retail tins. Price is going up and there were only a small number of folks who had wax/boxes/singles available today. It's going to be a struggle to find this stuff soon.

My local hobby shop is selling boxes for $125 Canadian taxes in. He sold me a box today for $115, for being a longtime customer.

Anyone know what retail stores are selling these in Canada, and have you seen the tins yet? Zellers? Wal-mart? Shoppers Drugmart? Pharma Plus?
I recall about a month ago that Zellers had the centennial tins listed in their flyer on sale -- before the set was even released! If I was smart, I should've got some rain checks....
