UD Problem what to do

Ok back in July I pulled a UD Ice Signature Swatch redemption of Doug Weight and promptly redeemed it when I got home. Fast forward months later the card is no longer pending in my redemptions and has supposedly been sent but I never got the email that said they were sending it and never got the card . I contacted 2 different people there who said it would be put in for a reship and still nothing so what now ?????

I had a card "ship" from them and took over a month.

I've been waiting since for a Fleury/Luongo BAP auto that was apparently shipped in JUNE. WHen I called them I was put on a list and the guy told me "Well, if there's one lying around...". It's been 2 months since a quad auto from BAP shipped...

The reship might be your only option
