i have yet to receive my sundin spgu auto and my spx hakim warrick auto jersey and i was thinking of giving them a call and then replacing them. it's been almost a year for both cards (8 months or so). problem is i have no idea what to replace them with.

what is their policy like? do i just ask for a player i collect and then they send me similar cards or can i ask for a particular card? any help is appreciated...could someone also leave me the # to the UD customer service department? thanks...

Sorry I don't know the number but I am sure if you go to www.upperdeck.com you can find it on there. As far as replacements go, they usually as for either 3 of your favorite players, or three players that are similar to the player you have a redemption for. Like for instance Hakim Warrick can be compared to Sebastian Telfair, not a superstar, sometimes not even a key player in the game, but he's just there, but better than someone who gets 5 pts a game.

If you ask for something in particular, you will get told it won't happen. Specific players are as close as you will get. But don't count on anything. My redempt. are now over a year old, I had already contacted them about replacements, they said ok, and now those are over two months old, and I still have nothing. I am now done as far as UD is concerned. They don't care, so neither do I.
